I recently had niboshi tsukemen. The noodles were smooth and chewy, blending well with the soup, allowing me to enjoy every bite from start to finish without growing tired of the taste. The accompanying chashu had a delicate saltiness reminiscent of prosciutto, with a savory flavor that became more pronounced with each bite. This chashu enhanced the overall flavor of the tsukemen, adding to the satisfaction of the meal.
