The motsunabe at this restaurant features incredibly large pieces of offal with a delightful chewy texture that is simply fantastic. In addition to the motsunabe, I also ordered other dishes such as beef tendon stew and horse sashimi, all of which were expertly seasoned and paired excellently with drinks. The beef tendon stew, in particular, was rich in flavor with the meat tender and succulent from being simmered to perfection, creating a melt-in-your-mouth sensation with each bite. The horse sashimi was fresh, tender, and allowed me to savor the authentic taste of raw meat. Every dish was harmoniously crafted to complement the drinks, making for lively conversations and enjoyable moments. カウンター席のみのこちらのお店は、狭苦しく感じることなく、むしろ居心地が良いです。最近訪れた中で、特に印象的だったのがサバの塩麹焼きです。これまで食べた焼き魚の中でも、本当におすすめできる逸品でした。魚の皮がパリッと焼き上げられ、その下に広がるジューシーな身は、ご飯との相性も抜群です。お店の料理はどれも丁寧に作られており、素材の良さがしっかりと活かされています。他にも、季節の野菜を使ったサラダや、手作りのデザートなど、メニューも充実しています。また、スタッフの方々の対応もとても親切で、食事を楽しむだけでなく、会話も楽しめるアットホームな雰囲気が魅力です。カウンター席からは料理の調理風景も見えるので、食事を待つ間も楽しい時間を過ごすことができます。これからも何度でも訪れたいお店です。

I opted for the salted koji-grilled mackerel, and I must say, it’s one of the best grilled fish dishes I’ve ever had. The crispy skin and juicy flesh pair perfectly with rice. The attention to detail in their dishes is remarkable, showcasing the quality of their ingredients. Along with the outstanding grilled fish, they offer a variety of menu items including seasonal salads and homemade desserts. The staff is also very friendly and creates a welcoming, homey atmosphere where you can not only enjoy your meal but also engage in pleasant conversations. せっかくなのでイタリアビールを飲んでみました。そのビールは、苦みと甘みのバランスが絶妙で、本当に美味しかったです。また、ピザもどれも美味しいのですが、特にビスマルクが私のお気に入りです。生地のもちもち感とトッピングの組み合わせが絶妙で、一度食べたらやめられない味です。お店の雰囲気も素敵で、店員さんもとても明るくアットホームな雰囲気でした。注文から料理の提供までスムーズで、心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。次回もぜひ友達を連れて再訪したいと思います。

I decided to try some Italian beer since I was there. The beer had a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and it was delicious. As for the pizza, they were all tasty, but I particularly liked the Bismarck. The combination of the chewy crust and the toppings was exquisite, and once I started eating, I couldn’t stop. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordering and service were smooth, and I had a pleasant time. I definitely want to come back with friends next time.
